Oscar Flores-Fiol Oil Painting
Oscar Flores-Fiol was born in Piura, in the tropical Northern region of Peru. One of eight children, Oscar was inspired to greatness by his father, a multiple gold-winning Olympian fencer, and his mother, a regal Spanish woman from Majorca who raised her children with endless love and grace.
Oscar came to the United States to attend college at Portland State University; he earned his bachelors in fine art and his masters in business. Traveling extensively through Europe as well as the US, Oscar found his home and built his studio in a small community in Oregon.
Art became his passion, and eventually his full-time career as demand for his art worldwide began to grow. With collectors in Germany, England, Canada, Singapore, Japan, New Zealand, Italy, and nearly all fifty United States, Oscar’s private collector’s have kept him painting from dusk till dawn, seven days a week for over twenty years.
A celebrated impressionist oil painter, Oscar is inspired by the world around him as well as his dreams, where he encounters his art being created before his very eyes. His style consistently evolving, Oscar paints impressionistic and abstract art with only bright colour and whimsy being a consistent.
