Art to Pasture Geared at Helping Animals

What do you get when you cross a group of artists with a local non-profit organization called Out to Pasture (that helps animals down on their luck)? You get a group show called ART to Pasture and an opportunity for the community to pull together for a good cause.
Out to Pasture is a local (Estacada) non-profit farm animal sanctuary. They take in all kinds of abused, neglected, and abandoned farm animals, making sure they get the care, food and love they need. Currently OTP houses and cares for around 150 discarded animals (including several very large pigs and a massive turkey).
The July show at the Spiral Gallery is a group effort from artists at the gallery. The theme is ANIMALS and the cause is Out to Pasture. The gallery will give 10% of the Art to Pasture sales to Out to Pasture to help them feed and care for their animals. Art for a good cause is good for everyone.
OTP is run entirely by volunteers. You can sponsor different animals to help supplement the cost of their care. If you’d like more information on Out to Pasture, check out their website. They are a local non-profit but lots of folks still haven’t heard about them.
Please visit the gallery in July and check out all our new animal art created specifically to partner with Out to Pasture. Help us show our compassionate, local non-profit some love. And don’t forget to stop by on First Friday, July 1st, from 6:00-8:00 for our opening reception. We’ll be serving refreshments and hope to see you there.
