Hello, I’m Michelle, the artist behind Trail Skipper Studio. After many years working in outdoor retail, restoration ecology, and software analytics, I shifted to full-time art in 2023—combining my love of nature with a lifelong desire to create.
My work includes relief prints, digital illustrations, and wood designs, all inspired by moments of beauty I come across while hiking. I’m drawn to the small details in the natural world and enjoy experimenting with different techniques to bring those experiences to life through color, texture, and form.
